I am looking forward to catching up with all my #localgovernment friends at the Illinois City/County Management Association (ILCMA) Summer Conference in Galena this week! This resort has always been my favorite amongst the various hotels used for the different local government conferences we sponsor. Can't wait to see you all there tomorrow.
