Happy Hump Day! You are officially halfway through the week, hurray! But then I also realized that tomorrow is the last day of October and that then we will be in NOVEMBER!
My first thought was: What? What happened to the whole year!
My second thought was CRAP… I need to go Christmas shopping before its starts to get cray cray in the malls!
So, if your like me, your always looking for another quick dish to make during the week, especially as we head into the holiday months. Pasta is one of those quick and easy dishes for me, just throw noodles in the pot make a quick sauce and viola, dinner is served. My family is absolutely obsessed with asparagus, grilled, roasted, whatever. So I decided to make an Asparagus Mushroom pasta and whip together a goat cheese sauce to serve over the pasta. One tasty dish for sure!

This dish is absolutely mouth watering. My family loves mushrooms!
You are crazy if you go Christmas shopping in the Mall, girl! Too crazy for me! I just click away… and the boys just aren’t allowed to open any deliveries from our UPS man. I’m excited, becz I’ll be done in two weeks and my goal is to have them all wrapped by then! (We’ll see, though!)Reply

haha… I need to start doing that. Walking around a mall with an 18 month old is not very fun, so clicking sounds a little easier. 🙂 Plus, my guy can’t open boxes yet.. hehe so I’ll be set! 🙂
On a side note, that is super impressive that your Christmas shopping with will be done in two weeks, awesome! 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by and the foodie love!!

Holy smokes! This looks amazing, Krista! Pinned!
I cannot believe that Friday will welcome November. And then on Saturday we gain an hour…which means an extra hour of the weekend but also that it gets dark early. And I do not like losing an hour of daylight! But ah well. It’s ok!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend, Krista!

Thanks Julie, the goat cheese sauce was amazing!
I know, super crazy that tomorrow is November and totally forgot on the extra hour this weekend. That stinks, hate it when it gets darker earlier. Makes taking pictures that much harder! Have to plan around now! Thanks for stopping by girl and the pin!
